Top Speed mazda 3 limited

Does any know what can be done to remove the limiter on Mazda 3 for top end.
Mazda 3 will not pass 115 mph, and it's not good when you Sion Tc doing 125 and Honda Civic to the same. I dont' go to dealers, so does anyone have
ideas?
