Power Liftgate - Aftermarket?

this is my first post on this site! I'm picking up my CX-9 on Sat! yahoo!

I want to know If I can add on the power lift gate to a GT that is not currently equiped?

Welcome! As far as I know no aftermarket PLG kit is available. Take a look at this thread http://www.mazdas247.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123662194&highlight=PLG, or

go to Search - Advanced Search - Type "PLG" into key words for more links on PLG.

When we ordered ours I was told that it has to be done in Japan as they are building it. But hey, that's what the dealership told me.. Not sure if you can believe everything they say.. :)
