knock/jerk in first

ok, so if i either launch my car or floor it at like 5mph, when i shift at like 5800, the engine jerks a little bit and makes a little knock noise. Its nothing crazy, but i was wondering if everyone else gets the same thing. i figured with an upgraded mount that would be gone. Anyone else notice this knock/jerk shifting out of first at high rpms? it makes me scared to punch the car in first...if i know everything is alright i can stop being a little baby

i had that all the time when i didnt have the mm, i installed the delrin trz mm and the noise is gone along with all the sloppy wheel hop

Ive experienced it once when showing off to my friend. It sounded like a huge pop and sounded as if something broke. IDK what it was, but it hasnt happened since and everything is fine...
