How to take 08 Mazda 5 dash and radio out?

I just got my 5 and want to run some wires. Can someone post directions on how to take the dash apart?

I found some instructions, but I'm not sure they work...... I ended up having the stereo guy put my wire in for my aftermarket "Sirius" radio.....

It's been a couple of months. I'm wondering, has anybody actually opened up an '08 dash on their own?

Thanks, nehvada. I took it apart myself last week over several hours. Followed the good advice of others, mainly go slow and be careful.
