Greddy Ti-C vs HKS Hi Power Catback Exhaust

i just recently bought a speed 3 but now i am struggling in between these two catback exhausts. so i was wondering if anyone can give me some advice? thx in advance!

It all depends on whether you want to keep the stock look (HKS) or you want the attention (Greddy). Personally I think the Greddy just looks too much like a Pep Boys Civic ricey exhaust.

I'm in the same boat as you except I am looking at HKS and Borla. I don't think the HKS looks stock at all actually. It is angled and I believe a 4" tip. The Borla however looks stock imo. I also love the sound of the Borla, very raw and untamed. On the other hand the straight through design of the HKS is appealing also.

IMO the Borla looks silly. I've seen it in person and it reminds me of something that should be coming out of a big rig. The tip is HUGE

No problem man, that's what we are all here for.. BTW I doubt any Greddy lovers can change your mind. HKS is really above Greddy all day long ... that MS3 looks so fucking insane with that HKS, and let me tell you, that's not the biggest TIP HKS have, my Muffler tip is bigger, 120mm Tip. the picture one might be 90mm !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is not custom, they just installed it a little to the side, which makes it look even more insane !!!

now i am kinda confuse... i know hks got CBE and TBC. is there more than one CBE from hks for the speed 3? cause i saw the picture from the site below and it looks different. the only place that i see the same exhaust that's in Mazdaspeed2oo35's photo is on Ebay. and i think the one that's in Mazdaspeed2oo35's photo looks a lot more badass lol so does anyone know the difference between those two? btw the ********* = street unit. lol

The HKS exhaust for our cars is angled a little to the side as well, minus the giant muffler.

not a problem man.. My Exhaust if fully custom, i just decided to go with HKS Hi power series muffler because it sounds awesome, and looks awesome i like big Tip Mufflers...


about the MS3 just buy the Universal HKS Muffler and get it welded, they look mad sick man...

Bro, that's just the model name of it.. you are not going to gain shit load of HP with just a muffler.. if you combine this muffler with a 3 inch exhaust and mods you'll sure will gain some good Horsepower

Are you talking about the resonators? And if I was you and you like the canister tip, I would just grab the Greddy. Power is all the same and sounds pretty good on youtube.

All i have to say, his MS3 looks so damn Good bro, with that muffler a little to the side, even carbon HKS looks so good in a red car.. im in love how his ms3 looks from the back.. no doubt HKS makes the nicest Mufflers..

Bro, if i had to decide i think there is no comparison between HKS and Greddy Exhaust wise.. the HKS mufflers are so damn beautiful and good.. all big boys runs them..

something like that, the hangers that hold the tip were custom made too. i strongly recommend this guys at fynetune very knowledgeable with cars specially imports. miami mufflers is good too when i had my s/c gt they did my magnaflow catback and x-pipes
