Hi Gang,
Actually, I'm considering selling the 17" rims off of my 2006 Miata - gonna try to go for 16" rims for weight savings/performance reasons - not that the 17"s are bad - just heavier than I'd like on the miata.
Since the Miata and Mazda5 (and Mazda3) have the same offset, etc. I'm gonna sell either the Miata wheels/tires or the Mazda5 wheels/tires - whatever 17" wheels don't sell will go in the Mazda5.
I would also consider doing a trade - your OEM 16" alloys plus a little $$ for my OEM 17" alloys. (depending on the weight/condition)
I posted this also over on the Mazda3 marketplace.
The Miata wheels only have ~ 500miles on them - not a scratch, nothing on them - they have Michelin Pilot Precedas mounted on them.
You can see the Mazda5 wheels on my avatar - they have ~2K miles on them - I don't know what tires are mounted since it's at the dealers collecting dust.
I'm just posting now to see if there is any interest. If not, I'll probably pursue it again in the spring.
