NOS question

i have a few questions which of you have a nitrous system in your cars and what shot are you running ??? 50 or 75 ?? have they given you any problems???

acidbag is currently running about a 50 wet shot, he had a group buying going for it. He is currently upgrading to the GenX2 kit.
So far no problems.

Nitrious is not bad so long as you understand and prep the car. People that blow motors normally
A.Run to big a shot
B.Run the system ALL THE TIME!

Just use it for track time, and occasional moments when driving. Not all the time.

do you guys know how much time do our cars do running a 50 shot in 1/4 mile ?

Ahh not 100% sure on the number, but think I've seen him say about a mid 14 second. Some of the turboed p5s run mid 13s.

he makes mid 14 with a 50 shot and do you know what other performance mods??? is it a 5speed?

I'm guessing on the time, it was either him or someone else that posted a mid 14 sec pass without turbo. And since it would be very hard to get a N/A that fast, it had to have Nit.

That was Patio. I believe he ran a 14.9 in the 1/4th. I used to have nitrous, but set up wrong! Lost my 1st motor.
