I want to install NOS on my P5 but am very "afraid" to. Is it safe to use while not racing? I don't want to ruin my car. And do those bottles run out fairly quickly?
-Thanks

why would you use nos if your NOT racing. it needs to be shot NUMBER one at WOT and at HIGHER rpms to help prevent ANY damage to your system. not to sound like a dick so please dont get offended but do you know what and how NOS works??:)

Than Go with a Nitrous Express Wet Kit!!! With wet kit's you can run larger shots not to mention..it's safer for our Cars...

You'll have a better chance at this if you learn about nitrous systems before you slap one on your car.

dude, if you're going to modify your car and not know how it works then you're begging for serious trouble. especially with nitrous you have to know what's going on, you don't want to go too lean and blow your intake through your hood now do you? :p

You will still have your warranty. It' just whatever you F-up using N2O won't be covered under warranty.

PS~Aftermarket is one word.

I think if you don't know what your doing, the nitrous kit would be difficult install. It could also severely damage your engine if done wrong.

As hard as the nitrous kit would be for you, the turbo kit would blow your mind.

My suggestion: Go to a shop, buy the kit, and have them install it. If they are good, they will set it up right and show you how to use it before you leave.

For the $$, the nitrous kit is the way to go. A turbo will run you at least $3000, not including install. The nitrous shouldn't cost more than $500. And you will gain about the same amount of power. Just my 2 cents.;)
