Checkout the Mazda Mx Sportif video at the bottom. It's most definetly the Mazda3, but this is the first time i've heard it called this name. Anyhow..it's worth a watchin!

What's up with the dual exhaust?

Mazda regularly shows off near-production concept models of future production models at autoshows.

The MX-Sportif, introduced at the '03 Geneva autoshow, is the concept model of the Mazda3. As additional examples, the MX-Sport Runabout is the concept model of the Mazda2, the MX-Microsport the concept for the recently introduced Mazda Verisa, and the MX-Flexa is the concept of Mazda's next production vehicle (the Mazda4 to debut at the '04 Paris autoshow in Sep).

So that's the story with the MX-Sportif and no there is no sedan version of it.

PS: Just so I don't get anyone's hopes up, the Mazda4 will not be coming to N. America.

those front calipers look huge, and i like the dual exhaust. Now if it only had a v6 to back it up.

AWD, 2.3L turbo banging out 240whp. Nothing like spankin' someone w/ a 5DR hatch. Oh the look on their faces... (cool)
