JDM Sam did a mock simulation by spraying nitrous all over his intercooler, and then making a run.

i wonder how that worked out

it freezes the intercooler making the air going to the manifold hella cold

and as we all know, colder air is more dense, and more air is more power

its like drving your car when its cool outside right after you start it up, VS a 100 degree day after the car has been running for 4 hours

heres a good question...being that this will give you more hp, especially with turbos and blah blah...will you need better fuel management to compensate for the more dense air??? i would really hate to buy this for 500 bucks and blow an engine. kinda weird concept...by the way, has anyone looked at the site, theres a fast and furious nterco0Ler set up...whats the difference between that and the regular one???

Fuck paying 500 bux for this (except back in the day when I could have gotten it for 300 bux shipped :()

I have ALL the plans to make this thing (fits the size of my SMIC, instead of the FMIC). If I had the money to dick around with, this thing would be on my car already. Its a simple setup, but its $150-200 plus the cost of a bottle.

Hey Keola the MSP has plenty of extra fuel right now. Dont think it would blow the engine, thats until we get our ecu flash we all have been waiting for.

CO2 is cheaper and it comes out of the bottle just as cold

not true.

have you ever touched dry ice? (CO2)
you may or may not have. but you can

I would NOT advice you to touch ever liquid nitrous, let alone solid (cold as fuck) nitruos.

What if I just buy 12 cans of compressed air and hold them upside down as I spray my intercooler before a run? That creates a pretty cold gust of air/condensation.

:D

ya, liquid nitrous is MUCH COLDER. I got frostbite when i didnt close my bottle all the way and un screwed it to refill it. on the other hand, i deal with CO2 at work in cylinders for our coca cola fountain, and its not cold at all compared to nitrous.
