Nice. There are 3 or 4 rolling around up here. 1 silver R33 Tommy Kaira GTR, a white R32 and a silver R32 also. We see them at the drag strip pretty often. They never race them of course. Just park them with the car show cars. I dont blame them. Nice cars fo sho. I wouldn't mind picking one up.

Motorex sells ALL thier Skylines leagal. That means they can be registered. Trust me, you can get an r-34 for about 50 grand in Japan. The extra 30-40 grand is the shipping fees and registration fees for the car.
On top of that, expect to pay about 1500 bucks a month in insurance. Trust me, I looked into this, and its not a very feasable goal for the average joe to get.

My brother-in-law just got back from (cruise) Westpack. They Stopped at (japan), talked to some of the dealership's and couple people. They said they had leftover R-34 GT-R's and in US money he'd pay 6,000. Plus 3-4grand through moterex. Plus my Brother-in-law is getting transferred to Japan in May of 2004 and hopes he can import the Skyline to the US. But it takes 9months to 1year to get it imported through motorex," that's the quote he got when he was there.
