Removing Switch Pods. Help Please!

I'm installing a stereo and have lights for my amp rack. I want to mount the switch next to the dash dimmer in one of the empty switch housings. Does anyone know how to remove them?

Get your hand up behind the plate and you will be able to feel the clips holding it in.

That is eaasier said than done I believe. I don't think I can get my hand back there that easy.

if you open your door, you can see the panel next to the switches you want to get at, you can pop that off carefully with a butterknife or something flat, and then its easy to reach it
