Anyone know if colored overlays are ill legal in NC? I went to a tint place and i was told that they are....onw wouldnt think so but, what do i know?

y0sky has yellow overlays. I don't think he's had any problem with them but you'll have to ask him.

I think he made them himself. He cut the yellow film and applied it like window tint. He's more active at ********.com. You could PM him there or just give him a little time.
