so my bro got a job at red storm (guys that made splinter cell) and hes movin to raliegh NC any good places to move? areas, apts? homes? let me know. thanks

I recommend Chapel Hill or Cary. Chapel Hill if he is going to be working on the west side of Raleigh (RTP) or Cary if not. Both are very nice and there are plenty of apts and new homes for rent or to buy. Both are rather expensive areas, but living in the city is just as high, and not nearly as comfortable IMHO. The commute can be bad into RTP, especially due to the construction on I-40. I haven't been home in several months so I don't know about the construction progress. Also the new mall b/w Chapel Hill and RTP is one of the nicest i've ever been in and it adds to the traffic in the afternoon and on weekends. Also note that Cellphones don't work very well in the Chapel Hill city limits; there is a city ordnance against cell towers. (very picky about the town appearance, Drive throughs are also disallowed) Also, if your Brother is young and single there is simply no better place to live than Chapel Hill.
