DGMotorsports does. If you have the .5 with no fog lights and the factory lip you will need to take that off to use their CF lip.

i'll be ordering this one in the next couplke days, for 03.5 you need to remove the lip and grilles, and replace with OEM fogs or PIAA 40's or spomething similar, and after you remove the lip yu got some scrubbing to do, use goof-off, it works wonderfully! just make sure to completely remove the goof off ASAP and use a "5 minute detailer" or something of the sort. also to remove the lip you do NOT need to remove the bumper contrary to popular belief, however it may be easier. it's just tedious, i used an open ended wrench and just stuck my hand up under the bumper, a rachet will probably not fit.
