Get the hood from FI! It looks really nice and alot better quality then the VIS. I think there is still a group buy on it.

its made by a high quality company, and serves a purpose, especially with the underhood temps of a turbo car. I got rid of the vis once i found out those vents were fake

Yeah, the things that look like ram air vents are fake. not the center.

Has anyone had any problems with the CF seperating from teh fiberglass frame? I'm having some problems 2 days after putting the hood on. I had about a 14 inch section on the driver's side, creating a 1/2 inch gap and then i have about a 6 inch section on the passenger side. I epoxied the driver's side so it wouldn't get any worse. No word from Wings West yet.

i hate seeing all the posts on "VIS EVO is bad, don't get it"... i got my VIS EVO hood a week ago, it was perfect, fit great, no scratches, or damages. it bounces a little on the highway, that that is normal.

Its true that VIS is a Hit or Miss, but saying all VIS is crap is not right.

If you like it buy it, if you had a bad product just say what happened and why you don't like VIS. Instead of VIS SUCKS!!!

i would tell anyone to get the VIS Hood, its awesome and cheaper in price than the other cf hoods.
