I'm presently in the process of adding a turbo and intercooler to my 1.6 '98 protege. I want to know if anyone has the tech specs on the fuel pump and injectors i.e. max flow rate. It's a B6 engine by the way.

Where are you located? In the U.S., the 2nd Gen Proteges were never equipped with a B6. If you are outside of the U.S. and your Protege is, indeed, equipped with a "B6", which "B6" is it? Single cam, dual cam, etc etc. There are several variations of that engine.

If he is in the philippines (excuse my spelling) it should be a dohc B6.

I'm in the Caribbean, I reside in Trinidad, the engine that came with the car is a 1.6 dohc B6. I've done the usual mods, K&N filter routing air from behind the bumper, larger exhaust, platinum plugs, improved plug wires, 17'' rims, I've even replaced the stock rear drums with the discs from the 1.8 protege. I want the specs for the air flow meter (max hp), the max flow rate for the fuel pump and the injectors.

You should get the RX7 AFM, BP injectors and your fuel pump should be fine, but maybe an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. The BP injectors should be good for 150whp with higher pressure.

He has a Second gen.. Those have a MAF not the VAF. I don't think you can switch em.

Ya, I figured since it was a B6, that it would have the same ECU as the older ones did, kind of like the Capri.
