so i've had my hiboost kit for about 2 years. been running juan's base map for that long. the map works but it was pig fucking rich. idled at 10 - 12 AFR. boost 8-10psi 9-10 AFR bogged all to hell
Last night I finally had JDM Sam tune my F10. 2 hours later we were mostly done.
At 10 psi my AFR is now 11-11.5 throughout the rpm range until just over 6k, only because i didn't want to rev that high. It is quite smooth and doesn't feel like its drowning in fuel
my idle is still pretty loopy from my ATX to MTX swap. But it idles at 12-14 AFR now.
On the way home I ran up on an E39 M5. We ran a few times.
(NOTE: I have no speedo)
1st run (i didn't know it was an M5 yet) it was right off of a left turn in 2nd gear. Thru second gear i noticed that I was pretty much even with the BMW until I shifted to 3rd and completly missed it. BMW takes the lead. This is when I notice the M badge. i think WTF?!?!
I creep back up and take another look M5 holy shit
2nd run. I was in front of the M5 and i gun it 4k rpm in 3rd gear, shift 4th and i look back thinking is he going? and see the m5 still behind me not gaining or losing ground. I shut down and he pulls up next to me. I look over and its some middle aged asian dude. He's lookin over with the funniest look on his face.

3rd run. I'm lined up with him. I blip the throttle in 3rd gear at 4k rpm again. Line up again @ 4k and I hear his engine go so I go. All thru 3rd and 4th until i shutdown at 5k we are dead even. (i'm too paranoid of cops) then he keeps going and takes the first right turn that he can. hahahahahah i'm not sure if he was going home or ducking around to cry.
