Wife backed up into a tree..less than 1000 miles

Yup, 2 weeks into owning the vehicle the wife backs up into a tree and the resulting damage is a cracked right reflector, damage rear bumper and a crack just above the bumper in the in the painted part of the rear near the hatch. I can replace the reflector pretty easy (1 screw) and I will leave the bumper on the way it is hardly noticeable but the crack in the plastic will drive me crazy...is the plastic fixable?? I do have the oem touch up paint any suggestions? Also who offers the best prices online for parts?

P.S. I dont want to report it to insurance since this is a new insurance company...only a month old and I have a $1000 deductible.
