i got a decent run today with the new motor and 4WD,,its fairly quick considering a 1600mah ni-cd battery. I just dont understanad why i always end up with a wheel flying off. Maybe its the washers im using for wheel spacers taking up too much of the thread.

RC's have always been a hobby of mine since I can remember. I've done bashing, and I've done racing at ROAR sanctioned events. RC's will always be a part of my life. So anyway, here's my collection in no particular order. Hopefully these pictures work for you guys:

Serpent 710. Raced this in the 10th scale class for about 2 years.

HPI Pro2. I've never ran this car much. It just sits on my shelf. I might race it in a vintage class at the local track this season.

Kyosho Mini-Z MR-02. Raced this for about 4 years at the local track before it got out of business.

Traxxas Jato. Fitted with a high gear ratio for speed. Uses a OS18TZ. This truck is fast!

Traxxas Revo fitted with a OS21TM. This is my basher truck. It replaces my T-Maxx.

Traxxas T-Maxx. Long history of upgrades on this truck. It's been through hell and back. It's retired now as there's too many parts to repair.

Tamiya TLT. Fitted with 4 wheel steering. Fun truck to boot around the basement.

Traxxas Slayer. Another one of my bashers. Fitted with a OS18TM. Otherwise, not much done to the truck.

Mugen MBX5. Raced this for a season then stopped due to engine problems. Bought a new engine OS21, but never took it out again.

Tamiya M03R. One of my cars that I've built but never really ran. Planning to race it in the mini class this season.

XRay NT18. 18th scale nitro car I've picked up for half price from a boxing week sale.

CRC Generation XL. Going to be racing this very soon. Just completed the car a few days ago. It's running on a one cell lipo, 13T brushless. Don't let the specs fool you, this car is FAST!! I think it's one of my fastest cars. Fastest accelerating i mean.

Onto my helicopters...

Walkera 4#3B. Pretty small full function heli. Doesn't do aerobatics. I just buzz this around the house when I get too bored. Crashes doesn't damage anything.

Esky HoneyBee FP. I learned how to fly using this helicopter. Not the easiest heli to fly, but it does the job.

Align T-Rex 450. It's a basic model with mechanical CCPM. I'm learning to do aerobatics, and this is a good starter heli to learn.

That's pretty much most of my RC's. The rest are either too insignificant to show or they're broken. I have a RC graveyard as well where I keep all my broken stuff... I'm glad to have shared this with you guys. Here's my full gallery if anyone's interested: http://wedginator.com/gallery/main.php

If you cant use serrated wheel nuts, I know when the associated TC3 came out we had that problem. WE used ot put the nuts on backwards so the locking part grabbed it worked.

Wedginator. Nice collection.

I started fiddling with my HPI RS4 Evo 3. Making a list of parts to buy for it. I haven't run it in probably almost 3 years.

JUst ordered CVD for my sons SC10. i swear 8 battery packs off a skateboard ramp. only thing to go badd was how the dogbones sit in the car. Nothing to take the car out fo comision. HE played with a xxxt for 4 minutes before. running 1/3 the speed and broke an a-arm. The sc10 is taking a beating and still going. Cant wait till saturday were heading ot the local track with 4 cars in hand to play on practice day. Let him go a few times. then he wants to race in the short course class. i havent been to the track in almost 8-9 years.

So I may have mentioned that I converted my Rustler VXL to a Slash several weeks ago. After running the Slash a little I decided I didn't like how it handled. Being a brushless system, it was a bit easy to flip over in my little cul-de-sac at higher speeds. So I switched it back to the Rustler chassis, body, front bumper and front shock tower but left the Slash tires and rear bumper on. The end result is pretty cool looking and it handles great. Pictures to follow shortly.

ITs a blast
Even though its a basic 17turn motor. it has good speed. The new kits now in RTR the ESC is li-po ready. or push the button and it NIMH ready. and the steering servo is metal gear. ther enot a bad deal for i have seen them as low as 160. normally like 180-200. its basically a t4. so most of the t4 hop-ups work like i said my sone has launched it off a 2 foot high wooden ramp. and rolled and tossed and flipped it. and still yet to break something topull it out of commision. Die-hard AE fan here. i have ran other things but still AE is my favorite. (but i love to biuld and run anything just to build it). and another part of why a fan. to many friends that work there. lol

BUt the truck is great loving it. They have a box stock SC class at the track. but the HPI blitz from what i read is damn good also. But the box stock class is great. if you fry a motor have ot run the same motor in buying a new one. Only thing you are allowed to do is change the radio. have to use kit tires also. (will be great for my son in a startign class. Ill get some pictuers from the track on saturday. we get like 3-4 hours to play.
