FS: 2003.5 Titanium Mazdaspeed Protege Heavily Modded

2003.5 Titanium Mazdaspeed Protégé

PRICE UPDATED - ONLY $14,500 !!!!!!

Quick Facts
24,000 miles
Exterior – mint other than 1 small door ding (in pictures), and standard rock chips in front
Interior – mint other than small stain on driver floormat
VIN: JM1BJ227030646123 ----Carfax linked below
Never been smoked in.
Two sets of rims and tires, one of which has never been driven on. Thousands of dollars in modifications. All installed with care.
New touch-up paint from Mazda will be given for stone chips.
It needs a new air filter.
List of modifications below.

I WILL NOT PART-OUT. PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE FOR THE MODS INCLUDED.

Story:
I am second owner, bought it with 5k miles. First owner had a baby and needed a new house, so he could not keep up with payments. Never been smoked in, never been in any accidents, clear title. I am still paying on the car, the lien is through Huntington Bank.

This thing has been babied since day one, and has even been sitting in my garage for a while.

I took hundreds of pictures, and zipped them in batches of 15. These zip files are linked below. I wrote slight narrations for the pictures, which are also linked. I also just took some for the mods... so they can see I am no scam. These pictures are attached, but look horrible because my camera is starting to suck. Anyone one here can tell you this is my car, a few have even seen it in person.

I made a spreadsheet of the modifications with some prices. I but a low-ball "street price" column for a more reasonable cost. This picture can be seen below.

Here are the brand new items:
Rear lip
Bushings (F/R)
Battery
Headlight bulbs (Sylvania silverstars)

PICTURES OF THE ENGINE:

I will provide grey header wrap that can be used on the cold pipe. This will keep the air cold, and hide the blemish around the BOV. The powdercoating was grinded off to weld on the BOV.
The zip-ties on the recirculation tube are now hose clamps... so please ignore those.

******************************************

THE PRICE IS $14,500 !!!!!

I have someone interested but have given them a deadline. If you are interested, just let me know.

Remember, the pictures attached suck, and are just for the moderators. Please see the links above for good pictures.

QUICK PICS FROM THE ZIP FILES
Again, my camera sucks... water spots are everywhere... sorry.

I tried to make them smaller through Imageshack but screwed up.

RIGHT NOW SOME ARE HUGE... I AM SORRY, I HOPE TO FIX THIS LATER. Imageshack is not fully working right now.

making the pictures smaller for you guys...

Yes I clean my door jams regularly... I am a stickler.

I am going to bed. I will answer any questions in the morning, and see if I can organize all that crap a little better.

I will try to make the pictures smaller in my post too.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I think the market just sucks right now.
I think $15,000 is a good price considering how many new things come with the car, not to mention the modifications.

I will add that the winter tires still have most of their tread. During the winter I washed the car (in my heated garage) all the time. It has only been driven in 1 winter since it was born .

Also, the Rota D2's are on the way. If the car is sold before they get here, I will give the tires to the purchaser and have the rims directly shipped to them. These will be included in the purchase agreement, so you will be assured to get them.

I am selling my MSP because my dedication is elsewhere at this point. I cannot devote the time to the car, and my lifestyle is changing. If I were to keep it I would put a MAM bottom end in, along with a GT28RS and an MPI.

Thank you for looking.

Just to reiterate...

I will not part out the car and I will not trade for stock parts.

I'll throw a bump for a good looking car. Too bad you're not local, I would have considered it since I love the color. I thought about painting mine that color, yellow is getting old. Good luck with it.

Yea I will cry....
I put a lot of work into this vehicle.... lot of money lost, as you can see. I hope someone can snatch it up and take care of it for me.

ALSO
I have shut down many (many = like 4 at most, slight exageration) vehicles with this car... it is really fast. Boost is below 10psi all the time, and generally never get to 10. Once it was higher because I had the Unichip EBC hooked up, but only for about 1 mile worth of testing. This car has not been abused, nor has the tranny. Never been raced / tracked.
