Favorite Chicken Wing Sauce

I am trying to figure out what kind of wings I want to make tonight for Monday Night Football. Would like some suggestions on what are your favorite flavors. I am already going to make a Buffalo and Honey Garlic style wing and would like a third. A few choices I have right now are

1. Mango Habanero
2. Caribbean Jerk
3. Parmesan Garlic

Any other suggestions would be great. Let see what everyone likes on their chicken wings here (I think this could be kind of interesting)!

are you frying the wings or baking them?

I will usually bake mine and throw some garlic and onion powder on them and some chayenne pepper. then once they are ready ill crisp the skin in a pan with some butter and cover them with franks hot sauce.

maybe mix it up and make what i like to call buffalo corn.

I usually do this with left over corn

cook an ear of corn (i usually boil it) and then put down 2 pats of butter on a peice of tin foil, place corn on top. place 2 more pats of butter on top and cover in hot sauce. wrap tightly in foil. Place in hot oven and turn every few minutes. usually heat for about 10 minutes or so depending on the temp of the corn

unwrap and enjoy

if your just looking for a flavor why not go like teryiaki

Here is one you might try... A little better with boneless but it could work.

Cook wings
place in bowl and stir in a extra proportionate serving (dous) with Sweet Baby Rays and a touch of hot sauce and or Franks if you have it. Stir till all wings are covered. Then sprinkle on some real bacon bits and blue cheese crumbles... Delicious!

I used to love Saguro Foods Cool Coyote Mango Habanero sauce but have not been able to find it.

Back on topic, for my wings I usually go with Tuong Ot Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, Texas Pete or just my own combination of spices on a fried wing. BBQ or teryaki works good to on grilled wings.

Ok now I want some hot wings!

Louisiana and butter. Eating a wing any other way is sacrilegious in my house.

I deep fry my wings and spin them in sauce everytime. Tonight I made buffalo, honey garlic and parmesan garlic. Took about an hour to fry them all up. I made 8 lbs of wings and 3 lbs of boneless. That sweet baby rays and hot sauce sounds really good.
