$11K US really not a bad price for such a sick car!!
It's a 1990 so it's smog exempt in IL.
Ken you can import in under PG as a "show car"
Then title it after it gets here.

Unfortunately it's not quite so simple. He wouldn't be able to legally drive it on the road until 2015.

It could be brought in as a show car/track car, but not titled.

I don't think Ken has any issues sitting on bad ass cars and not driving them ever.....RX-7 and P5 come to mind here.
