Snow already???

Holy Crap, it's freaking snowing in north jersey. I live on the top of a freaking hill and we got like 3 inches last night, then freezing rain this morning. I was planning on putting my snow tires on soon, but in the middle of October?? Could barely get up my driveway this morning. I know what I'll be doing this weekend.

Lol I know how you feel, I lasted til mid to late november last year where I'm living right now. We have had snow here for about 2 weeks now lol, the first night was definitely interesting went out earlier that night and when I left everything froze up, and with nearly bald stock tires it was quite an adventure! I'm glad I switched my tires over because we have barely seen temperatures above freezing and the Potenzas suck around that temp lol.

And compared to my neighbor who drive an 09 Cobalt SS I feel bad, and think he's retarded for still rolling on his summer tires. I knew he'd eventually slide and hit something or something slid into him cause his driver's door is pushed in and has no outside door handle.

Sounds typical to me. Let me see....buys Cobalt SS cause it's so bitchin' cool and fast, runs summer is surprised by snow probably because he's busy playing Xbox instead of watching the news or the weather channel. Drives too fast without any consideration for conditions. Surprise! plows car into stationary objects. Stupid is a stupid does, I always say.

Snows are back on with my tire-rack brand wheels. (Sigh)....Definitely missing my Sumitomos. When I turn it feels like I'm driving a "regular" car. Oh well.

I put my Speed3 in the ditch tonight with the stock potenzas. Those things have no grip in the snow.

I drove for 2 years on them in the snow. They aren't great in the snow, but I've had worse. They are summer tires yannow.
