How to file a complaint against 2Loww

This thread is designed to show you how to file a complaint against 2Loww through the United States FBI. I talked on the phone with the FBI at length this evening, and they suggested to use this site to file our complaints. They said to have as many people affected as possible file a complaint. We may not get our money back directly, but if enough people file the complaint the FBI can prosecute Jamie directly, and maybe that alone will cause Jamie to come to his damn senses and refund our money.

I also filed with the better business bureau and i beg of you to do the same. after i post this thread im going to attempt also to spread this word to the local news agencies in Jamies town of Surrey, BC. i will pass on the word if i get a contact there as well.

this guy is a piece of fucking shit, and it is our duty as americans (and some canadians) to make sure this fucking dirtbag never does business again, and hopefully gets prosecuted by the united states government.

if you think this is me bullshitting or anything, its not. I talked at length with the oklahoma city FBI field office this evening and this is what they walked me through. he said our chances were not good to get the money from the goverment prosecution, but likely that this dirtbag will give us our money when he realizes he faces jail time and a ruined business life. at the very least, jamie is looking at jail time.

2) read the statements, check the box, and click "file a complaint"
3) fill out your information, click "next"
4) choose "Internet Auction (non delivery of goods or misrepresentation)
5) choose business
6) choose "no"
7) choose "yes" (we have proof on the forums and from AIM converstations")
8) click "next"
9) fill out the information

12) put in your paypal transaction id number (you can find this in your account history and then click details for that paypal deduction)
13) enter the next box, for example i put "on january 17th i sent Jamie Campbell a payment of $275.00USD via paypal"
14) click "next"
15) describe professionally how we were defrauded in your own words. This is what i put, for example:

As a member of www.protege5.com, myself and many others ordered body parts for our vehicles through www.2loww.com (Jamie Campbell) when he registered on our club message board.

We payed via paypal (most on or before the 20th of January, myself on the 17th of January) and were garunteed product fitament and quality. When the product was recieved I noticed neither product (front lip and front grille) did not fit whatsoever. I contacted 6 body shops within my town who refused to install the lip and grille due to the fact that it was so far from fitting.

I contacted Jamie@2Loww.com in regards to this matter. He offered to send me a new lip/grille for free, and told me not to return the ones i had because they would be no good to him.

I asked for a full refund, in which he told me he would send a check the following Monday. On Monday he notified everyone that requested a refund to file a complaint through PayPal rather than recieve a refund directly from him.

He purposely did this because we recieved the products and all complaints through paypal are invalid once you recieve the product, verified by me personally upon calling paypal.com.

He then said he would issue refunds via paypal to those needing it.

Now that so many people are requesting refunds due to the sheer horrible nature of his product, he now refuses to refund me my money, and will not refund anyone else their money that has recieved the product.

He claims that it is our fault the product will not fit dispite the fact that he orignally said he was upset his product did not meet our standards, and the fact that all 6 body shops in my town refused to work on it due to poor quality and fitament. He is claiming this to delay us from getting our money in hopes that we will eventually give up.

You will be contacted by at least 6 other people if not more complaining of the same event.

and here is my message i got when i completed my complaint to the better business bureau:

If the complaint is pursued by the BBB, we will be forwarding a copy of your complaint to the business directly and asking the business to respond in writing. Therefore, please allow 6 weeks for a written response from the Bureau.

Apparently you have not thought this over too well yet. Considering the only people not getting refunds are you and 9 others and the only reason I am not being nice and giving the other 9 people both my product and a refund is because of YOU!. Now, 2 people have emailed me saying sorry for your bullshit and the others who non-stop flame me and that they are impressed by their orders. So your whole list here will be at max. 8 people long, INCLUDING YOURSELF and thats if all 8 people want to amuse you.

I have not done a thing that could be even considered wrong here. I wish I had run with your money now that you mention it but I was stupid and sent your rude, unappreciative ass my product.

This only re-enforces the fact that people do give a shit about this situation, and we all need to email these newspapers and media sources.

I for one have always stood up for the right thing, no matter if it is at your own loss. I will not allow Jamie to get away with screwing nine people over and not get repremanded for his actions.

Like you matt, i care more about making sure Jamie is investigated heavily and does not screw other people over again, rather than getting my money back.

Everyone here can agree that this has gone WAY to far and long and it will now soon end. Jamie, you should have just been the bigger man,admitted to yuor mistake, and refunded the people their money.
