Please note: Vendors of any kind MUST apply for and receive an "Authorized Vendor" or "Approved Merchant Member" title BEFORE conducting business in any way, shape or form on Mazda Forums.

Authorized Vendor (AV) means you have an official business and or you are a professional seller.

Approved Merchant Member (AMM) means you do not have an official business and you custom fabricate your own products on a limited basis.

-Active Business/Dealer license number (verifiable through a Government website)

-Company name and address

-Home phone number

-Work phone number

-FAX number

-E-mail (include all your active addresses)

-Website (more than one?)

-Customer reviews from other sites (review and feedback threads/posts etc)
*If you're a new Vendor or you have not conducted business on a forum before...Please provide Names and E-mail addresses of people who will vouch for your Business

Please note: All "Authorized Vendors" and "Approved Merchant Members" can be easily identified by one of three easy ways:

1. All active AV's and AMM's are listed in this thread (Authorized Vendor Directory)

2. All AV's have the title "Authorized Vendor" above their location in every post they make. All AMM's have the title "Approved Merchant Member" above their location in every post they make.

3. All AV's and AMM's have a vendor review thread to post feedback (Vendor Info and Reviews). ** If they don't then please start a review thread! **

Gauging Interest (GI) in a product is permitted as long as you do not conduct business in any way, shape or form BEFORE becoming an AV or AMM.
